The firm is keen to welcome a Senior Commercial Property and Council Lawyer, based primarily in the Richmond office. Ideally you will have proven expertise in commercial property matters and carrying out related transactions. You will be comfortable and competent when dealing with complex land matters including subdivisions, leases, easements and encumbrances. You will supervise, mentor and train junior staff in the conveyancing/commercial area. Experience in Council property and local government work will be an advantage, as there will be a focus on the property and local government aspects of the Councils.
