The Environment, Planning and Resources team in a top tier firm is hoping to replace a couple of senior solicitors who are leaving to take up opportunities overseas.
The role will be working with two partners who have a wealth of top-class experience to share. The one partner’s practice covers all aspects of resource management and local government law, with a particular focus on development and large-scale infrastructure projects, along with district and regional planning, and policy matters. The other partner has an expert understanding of the transport sector and together with his skills and relationships within the transport and public sectors he has been critical to the planning, funding and the development of transport and other infrastructure around New Zealand.
The overall team environment is supportive and encourages a balanced approach to life. Although this is a full-time position, the team is open to considering candidates looking for part-time or flexi hours. To be considered for the role, you’ll need to show a minimum of three years’ experience in Resource Management and a solid academic transcript.
