Looking for an opportunity to work in a professional services recruitment agency as a Resourcer?  You might be a graduate or experienced lawyer who is well connected to the legal profession or an HR or recruiter looking to move into talent searching.
 
Our very busy, highly ambitious recruitment team are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join us. This role is pivotal to the success of the company and could take you in a number of directions 

You need to be highly motivated, pro-active and have an eye for detail.  We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic and has the ability to explore new resourcing avenues – thinking outside of the box will go a long way here!
 
You will be part of a focused, energetic hard-working team who are great at what they do, you will work hard, be challenged, and have several balls in the air at any one time.
 
What will you do:
Candidate Searching, Screening and Interviewing
Crafting Ads and placing on specific Recruitment Sites
Using all Social Media Tools to contact exceptional candidates
Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
Utilising our database to find the right person for the right role
Work closely with our consultants who handle client relationships
Attending networking events where suitable
Achieving targets and meeting individual KPIs
 
What will you have:
Recently graduated or with some years of PQE with ideally a degree in Law, HR or similar
Driven with a passion to succeed
Exceptional communication skills to discuss career direction with candidates
Highly motivated, pro-active, resilient with an eye for detail
Be a Social Media networker and unafraid of picking up the phone to speak with candidates
High level of computer literacy
Strong team ethic
