About us

The Takeovers Panel carries out a key regulatory function in relation to a specialised area of financial markets regulation. The Takeovers Code ensures that all shareholders have a fair opportunity to participate in control-change transactions in ‘Code’ companies. Recent independent research found the Takeovers Panel to be one of the most respected and effective regulators in New Zealand. We take great pride in our work and the respect we hold in the market.

About you
