We are seeking a talented senior corporate lawyer with experience in M&A transactions to join our high performing Corporate team in Auckland.
The team has an outstanding reputation and is involved in some of the biggest, most complex and innovative deals in the market and is considered to be one of the best in the country. They have a strong national and international focus, specialising in public and private M&A.
The team love what they do and are passionate about delivering excellent work to clients, so they are looking for someone with the same drive, enthusiasm and passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience gained from another leading law firm in corporate/commercial law. You will be able to work autonomously on files, have strong technical, written and analytical skills and enjoy being given a high degree of direct client contact and responsibility.
