Banking Lawyer | 2-5 years PQE
The work will have a transactional bias, but they are also involved in regulatory financial services issues and work closely in support of the corporate and property teams in particular. It is the clients that encourage the variety and come from the traditional and non-traditional banking sectors e.g. peer-to-peer lending, as well as major corporates and others in the wider financial services sector.
A well developed training and support structure means that you are able to make the most of your talents professionally. The firm is also well-known for its diversity policies and offers opportunities to develop personally as well.
Banking experience would ideal but a strong commercial grounding and an interest in moving across to banking would also be welcome. You will likely have had a good academic career as your foundation.
